Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Victory Court Cleaning Services (“Victory Court,” “we,” “us”) is a mobile auto-detailing service operating in California. By booking a service you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide interior and exterior vehicle cleaning at the address you supply. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before service.

3. Booking, payment & holds

When you book, we authorize the full service amount on your card via Stripe but do not charge it. We capture the charge only after the cleaner marks the job complete. If the booking is canceled per Section 4, the authorization is released or partially captured per the policy below.

4. Cancellations & no-shows

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: free cancellation, full release of hold.
  • Within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-show: 50% of the service price is charged as a cancellation fee; the remainder is released.
  • If the cleaner cannot access the vehicle (locked gate, no key, blocked driveway) and you cannot be reached, this counts as a no-show.

5. Service area & weather

We service the cities listed at checkout. Severe weather may require rescheduling at no charge.

6. Satisfaction & limitation of liability

If you are unhappy with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

7. Promo codes & referrals

Promo and referral codes have no cash value, may be discontinued at any time, and cannot be combined unless stated.

8. Contractor cleaners

Some services are performed by independent contractors vetted by Victory Court. They follow our quality standards but are not employees of Victory Court.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there.
