Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, password hash.
• Vehicles & bookings: vehicle make/model, service address, scheduled times, notes.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We retain the Stripe payment ID and last-4 only as Stripe surfaces it.
• Technical: IP, browser, and basic usage logs for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To deliver, schedule, and bill for the cleaning service you booked.
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmation, status updates, receipts).
• To improve service quality and prevent fraud.

3. Sharing

We share only the booking details necessary to perform the service:

• The assigned contractor cleaner receives your name, address, vehicle, and scheduled time.
• Stripe receives payment data to process the transaction.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (Supabase) using row-level security. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS).

5. Your rights (California / CCPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@VictoryCourtServices.com. We will respond within 45 days. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
